    • Directly manage 4-5 student media production assistants
    • Responsible for production of online lecture content from recording to deployment for the School of Public Health’s online and hybrid courses
    • Project manage multimedia production and work with instructional designers to identify and address potential issues before they become critical issues
    • Helped design project management system for office, with particular attention to identifying project management needs and designing solutions in Asana
    • Currently migrating all of our office’s e-learning multimedia assets from previous home to new server, which includes designing and implementing a detailed transfer plan along with developing naming conventions and file structure
    • Support transition of all course to new LMS, including developing templates, training, and usability testing, in addition to direct transfer of courses

    • Designed program and physical space evaluations and analyzed data from results
    • Refined system for tracking, searching, and managing list of missing library items, including designing and pulling reports from library database
    • Assisted in training and supervision of 30-45 student workers and created online tutorials to support their training
    • Opened the library every weekday morning, where I became known for creating welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service
